sheets can be downloaded either from the MDSA website or from the files
section of the discussion list. Signatures or initials of a supervisor
are not required although you may include them if you wish. Certificates
and awards will be issued for reaching the milestones of 25, 50, 75, 100
visits, etc. Additionally, your team will be recognized for your contribution to

Freestyle Circle of Friends? A Circle is an MDSA affiliation for members to meet
